Am I guaranteed to find last minute tickets for any event?

No, for two reasons:

• The tickets might have sold out before the event, or
• The promoter chooses not to advertise with us

In other words, we can't guarantee last minute tickets for every event, so if you really want to go don't assume we'll have it on our site.

The best way to ensure you get a seat is to buy tickets as soon as the event goes on sale from the advertised website or phone number.

That said, events rarely sell out in Australia (less than 10%) so if you're looking for last minute tickets, then chances are we've got something that will interest you.

Why are there only a limited number of last minute tickets?

Is lasttix.com.au a reseller of tickets?

No. When you buy through lasttix.com.au you buy DIRECT from the promoter, venue or ticketing company. This means there are no additional hidden costs attached to the price.

How does lasttix.com.au make money?

We have commercial agreements with the ticketing vendors who pay us a success-fee if a ticket is sold. This small commission is already included in the published price of the ticket – it is not added on to the sale price.

Doesn't 'last minute tickets' imply back row seats?

No. In fact sometimes it can be quite the opposite. Promoters, venues, bands, sports teams, ticketing providers and performing arts companies - to name a few - send hundreds of emails every day about upcoming events. All of these different communications can make it difficult for you find out when a genuinely great offer goes on sale.

But the reality is there are many great offers out there if you look hard enough.
