Q: How do I buy tickets?
To access the offer you are interested in, you will need to be logged in as a Lasttix member. Offers are available online only and cannot be purchased over the phone.
Lasttix is a marketing channel and while we advertise offers on our site we do not sell tickets. Once you click on the buy button on the Lasttix site you will be advised that you will need to be redirected to a third party ticketing vendor (ticketing company, e.g Ticketek) in order to make your purchase. Should you choose to continue you will leave the Lasttix site and enter another site, such as Ticketmaster or QPAC, where you can select and pay for tickets at a discounted rate.
Please note: Lasttix does not have access to the details of transactions that take place on other websites so any queries regarding ticket sales will need to be directed to the ticket vendor with whom you purchased the tickets.
Q: Do I need a Promo Code?

However, in some instances you may require a Promo Code in order to access the special Lasttix offer.
If so, the Promo Code will be clearly displayed on the Lasttix website just before you leave to enter the ticketing company website.
Some ticketing company's websites will always show a space for a promo code (it's just the way they have been designed), but as a rule if you do not see a promo code on our site, then you can take advantage of the offer without entering a code on the vendor's site. In most cases once you select your tickets the summary will show a discount or mention Lasttix, so you'll know you're on the right track.
Q: How do I know whether my purchase has been successful?
You should receive a confirmation from the ticket vendor (ticketing company, e.g Ticketek) shortly after completing your ticket transaction. This will usually be in the form of an email, but may be a phone call in some cases. If you do not receive confirmation you will need to email or call the ticket vendor and request one.
Please note: Lasttix does not have access to transaction details and cannot confirm your tickets for you.
Q: How do I get a refund?
You will need to contact the ticket vendor (ticketing company, e.g Ticketek) via email or phone and request a refund. The choice to refund tickets is at the discretion of the ticket vendor and Lasttix is not privy to this information.
If a concert has been cancelled ahead of time due to sickness or poor ticket sales, tickets will often be refunded or an alternate date announced. On occasions like this the ticket vendor will note the best next steps to take on their website.
Q: Can you help me with seating plans and wheelchair access?
We do not always have access to seating plans, especially for smaller venues. If you have specific needs in regard to venue access or wheelchair accessible seating we suggest you contact the ticket vendor (ticketing company, e.g Ticketek) or venue for more information.
Some vendors will let you pick your own seats when purchasing tickets, while others will select the ‘best available’ for you. We always advise that you check that you are happy with your ticket selection prior to finalising your purchase. For post purchase changes regarding seating you will need to contact the ticket vendor for help.
