IMPORTANT INFORMATION


Lasttix does not sell tickets. We are an advertising channel only.

No transaction of any sort occurs on the Lasttix website, and we do not request, collect, or store your credit card details.

Please note this means we cannot provide customer support for queries relating to actual transactions or specific tickets you may have purchased.

If you have purchased tickets as a result of seeing an offer on Lasttix, you will need to speak directly with the ticketing company that sold you the tickets.

Q: I want to talk to someone about a recent transaction
Please see below for the easiest way to get in contact with the relevant ticketing company.
Q: Where do I find contact details for the ticket companies?

Q: How do I buy tickets?
To access the offer you are interested in, you will need to be logged in as a Lasttix member. Offers are available online only and cannot be purchased over the phone.

Lasttix is a marketing channel and while we advertise offers on our site we do not sell tickets. Once you click on the buy button on the Lasttix site you will be advised that you will need to be redirected to a third party ticketing vendor (ticketing company, e.g Ticketek) in order to make your purchase. Should you choose to continue you will leave the Lasttix site and enter another site, such as Ticketmaster or QPAC, where you can select and pay for tickets at a discounted rate.

Please note: Lasttix does not have access to the details of transactions that take place on other websites so any queries regarding ticket sales will need to be directed to the ticket vendor with whom you purchased the tickets.
Q: Do I need a Promo Code?
SOME TICKETING COMPANY WEBSITES SHOW A PROMO CODE FIELD EVEN WHEN A PROMO CODE IS NOT REQUIRED

However, in some instances you may require a Promo Code in order to access the special Lasttix offer.

If so, the Promo Code will be clearly displayed on the Lasttix website just before you leave to enter the ticketing company website.



Some ticketing company's websites will always show a space for a promo code (it's just the way they have been designed), but as a rule if you do not see a promo code on our site, then you can take advantage of the offer without entering a code on the vendor's site. In most cases once you select your tickets the summary will show a discount or mention Lasttix, so you'll know you're on the right track.

Q: How do I know whether my purchase has been successful?
You should receive a confirmation from the ticket vendor (ticketing company, e.g Ticketek) shortly after completing your ticket transaction. This will usually be in the form of an email, but may be a phone call in some cases. If you do not receive confirmation you will need to email or call the ticket vendor and request one.

Please note: Lasttix does not have access to transaction details and cannot confirm your tickets for you.
Q: How do I get a refund?
You will need to contact the ticket vendor (ticketing company, e.g Ticketek) via email or phone and request a refund. The choice to refund tickets is at the discretion of the ticket vendor and Lasttix is not privy to this information.

If a concert has been cancelled ahead of time due to sickness or poor ticket sales, tickets will often be refunded or an alternate date announced. On occasions like this the ticket vendor will note the best next steps to take on their website.
Q: I can't attend a performance. Can I change the date?
Some offers are for selected performances/dates only and cannot be changed. For offers where multiple dates are available the ticket vendor (ticketing company, e.g Ticketek) has the final say in allowing ticket swaps.
Q: Can you help me with seating plans and wheelchair access?
We do not always have access to seating plans, especially for smaller venues. If you have specific needs in regard to venue access or wheelchair accessible seating we suggest you contact the ticket vendor (ticketing company, e.g Ticketek) or venue for more information.

Some vendors will let you pick your own seats when purchasing tickets, while others will select the ‘best available’ for you. We always advise that you check that you are happy with your ticket selection prior to finalising your purchase. For post purchase changes regarding seating you will need to contact the ticket vendor for help.
Q: I'm trying to buy tickets and am seeing a blank page
If you're seeing a blank page after clicking the red buy button there are a few things you can do.

Firstly we suggest refreshing your page (this is often all you need to do in order to continue through to the correct page). If you're still seeing a blank page your security settings on your browser are likely set to high and this can disable your JavaScript (which you need in order to access the Lasttix site). Enabling it again helps! Failing this we suggest you try another browser (Firefox or Chrome), try again from your home computer (some workplaces have higher security settings than home computers), or ask one of your friends to complete the transaction for you.

Membership issues

Q: I want to register, but haven't received my confirmation email
Once you sign up to Lasttix you should receive a welcome email within 10-15 minutes that contains a link that needs to be clicked in order to confirm your membership. Emails can sometimes land in your junk email/spam folder. We suggest you look there first and if that doesn't solve the problem please send us an email that includes your postcode and desired password and we'll set you up in our system.
Q: I cannot sign into my account
First of all we suggest you check that you have received an email from Lasttix. You will need to click on the link provided in order to confirm your membership and access the Lasttix website.

If you have already done this, or are an existing member send us an email and we’ll check that you’re set up in our system.
Q: I want to request a new password
Just click on the forgot password link which can be found below the member login and we’ll send you out an email with a link to create a new one.
Q: I've filled out all my details, but the site says my profile is not 100% complete
While we would love for you to provide us with as much profile info as possible (it allows us to tailor our offers to your specific interests), you do not need to have a 100% complete profile in order to use the Lasttix site.
Q: I want to unsubscribe

Q: What is Lasttix?
Lasttix is a marketing channel that advertises fantastic last minute and discount tickets from a range of promoters. While you will see offers on our site from theatre to comedy, sport to concerts it should be noted that at no time does Lasttix facilitate any transactions. Basically this means at no time does Lasttix sell any tickets. We link our members to third party ticketing companies (we call them ticket vendors) where you can finalise your purchase. Q: Can I speak with someone directly?
You sure can. Lasttix customer service staff can be reached on 1300 LASTTIX Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm (EST)

Please note: Lasttix customer service staff do not have access to ticket vendor (e.g Ticketek, QPAC, etc) transaction information, so will not be able to help out with enquiries specific to ticket purchasing, seating or refunds. These enquiries should be directed to the ticketing company responsible for the transaction. (link to ticketing co. contact details)
Q: Why have I received an offer for less than 40% off when Lasttix promises a minimum of 40% off?
From time to time you may see offers for less than 40% off advertised on the Lasttix site. Research has suggested that our members may be interested in discounts of less than 40% off if the offer is for great seats on a Friday or Saturday evening. We are currently trialing this, so occasionally you’ll see an offer that looks a little different.
